Juices and Cordials All our juices and cordials are made in our newly converted juicery which is situated on the farm. The juicing process - To produce the juice the apples are first crushed. The pulp is then put into a wooden press which squeezes the pulp and produces the juice. The juice is then left to settle for 12 to 18 hours after which the juice is bottled, pasteurised and labelled. The cordial making process - In early June the organic Elderflowers are collected and mixed with all the other ingredients and infused in our natural water sourced on the farm. After five days, the filtered juice is bottled, pasteurised and labelled. To make the lemon cordial a similar infusing process is used; this lengthy process maximises the natural flavours in our cordials
