We are delighted to announce we are holding a NEW open day here on our organic farm on Sunday 19th May – come and enjoy our farm at the most beautiful time of year! After the popularity of our Winter Wildlife Walks day we have once again joined forces with the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust to offer guided wildlife walks round our farm – there will be so many more species on the farm in Spring and the wildlife experts are planning some small mammal traps and some aquatic traps from our chalk river so there will be plenty of opportunity to really see our wildlife up close and to find out more from the experts.

Guided Wildlife Walks will be going round the farm led by an expert from Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
Walks will run at:
10am – places available
11:15am – places available
1pm – places available

There is no charge for the walks but we do require you to book as there are limited places. The guided walks will be led by a YWT wildlife expert round the family’s organic arable farm that is home to many species of wildlife.
Walks will be approx 1hr and will be over wet uneven ground – please wear suitable clothing & footwear. These are very informative walks and are great for all the family.
Our Woodland Walk will also be open on the day which you can wander round at your leisure – this is on a graveled path which is suitable for a pushchair.
Organic Rhubarb
Our Pick Your Own Organic Rhubarb will be available for picking down in our beautiful soft fruit orchard. Our heritage apple trees will be in full blossom – it is quite a sight!

Bakery Open
The Bakery will be open for artisan Breads, Croissant, cakes, baked treats and refreshments on the day.
You can pre order your breads/ croissant order to avoid disappointment as we do tend to sell out on these days. Please place your order by email by 11am on the Thursday preceding the Open Day. To view our bake list please visit
