Party Breads with a hint of Italy

Enjoy a day making a wide range of delicious breads ideal for parties and occasions. We will cover a range of Mediterranean Savoury Breads filled with flavours of your choice - an ideal dipping bread for a supper party! In the afternoon we move onto sweet breads including the old favourite Croissant! 

Suitable for beginners and those who are a step further.

Lots to do and bake - a large basket is required to take home your baking.
Coffee on arrival and includes lunch.

This is a full day course - 10am till 3:30pm
