Booking Online & Payment Information
To book your place on a course, please complete the booking form on our website. Payment can be made online, by cheque, or by card over the phone. Cheques should be made out to ‘Side Oven Ltd’
Allergens & Dietary Requirements for Course Attendees
All attendees must have filled out a booking form prior to the course detailing any food allergy and dietary requirements. We do have allergens on the premises such as Nuts, Gluten and Dairy – therefore all foods may contain traces of said allergens. Our courses are NOT suitable for anyone suffering a severe food allergy.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm your place on a course.
Cancellation
If you have already paid in full and need to cancel your booking, we will refund 100% of your total payment providing you ask us to do this at least 4 weeks before the course. We are not obliged to refund your place for cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice, but we will endeavour to fill your place and upon doing so will then refund your booking.
We would only cancel your booking if we were unable to provide the course place due to circumstances beyond our control. In such a case, we would attempt to offer you a place on an alternative course. If this was not possible or was unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
