School visits at
Carr House Farm
We love to share what we do here on our farm with others. School visits are a fantastic day for children to learn in a different environment and understand more about our farm, where food comes from and the environment around them.
Passionate about working with nature
Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, Carr House Farm is the home of the Side Oven Bakery, where the Sellers family have lived and worked for five generations. A wide range of cereals and soft fruit are grown on the farm which are all processed by hand using traditional methods to create our range of award winning products.

Easter Treats & Children's Farm Trail
Come along with all the family and enjoy our Easter Trail around our Organic Farm! We have hidden some very special woodland creatures around our farm. Each creature will have a clue to take you to the next one. Once you have completed the trail you will collect your prize!
Tickets are £4 per child and will include a map, puzzle sheet, craft activity and Easter Treat.
Tombola & face painting also available on the day.

Simnel Cake Available Exclusively Online
Our very special Simnel Cakes are available only until Easter!
Made using a very old family recipe ‘Aunt Daisy’s’ Simnel Cake is a lighter fruited cake, subtly spiced with a delicious thick ribbon of almond paste through the centre. Finished with a layer of white marzipan icing and a chocolate mini egg on each slice this is a perfect treat for this time of year!
