Our products are handmade in small batches, so please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
Packing and Postage
The Shopping Cart automatically calculates the Shipping Charges for all locations. UK Mainland Delivery charge (excl Highlands and Islands) is £9.90 per delivery address for all orders below £45. Please note that we currently only deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales.
We carefully hand pack your order to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition but also without harming the environment. Please note that the packing filler we use is in fact made of potato starch and is fully biodegradable and can be home composted.
Delivery
If goods have not been received within 3 days of the anticipated delivery date, please notify Side Oven Ltd in writing. Any delay in despatch and/or delivery for whatever reason shall not be grounds for a claim for consequential loss.
Preferred delivery dates
Please note that we use a trusted courier service to deliver your order. Once your parcel has been handed over to them, it’s in their capable hands. While we do our best to ensure delivery on your preferred delivery date, timing and handling are organised by the courier. In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your delivery, we will always assist you.
Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order before delivery, your payment will be returned. If you cancel once your goods have been received we will arrange collection of the goods and refund once collection has taken place.
Wholesale Orders
Side Oven Ltd will not be held responsible if local customs authorities wish to charge import duty on overseas shipments or delay the release of any item.
