Mid Summer means Blackcurrants to us as that is generally the season for picking those delightful juicy fruits to make into our award winning cordial.

We carefully handpick only the ripest blackcurrants to bring the most flavour to our cordial. We only pick the blackcurrants grown on our organic family farm and once picked they are then given plenty of time to infuse in our onsite juicery allowing that delicious flavour to really develop.

Our Blackcurrant cordial is perfect celebration of Summer flavours in a very refreshing and simply delicious drink!

Dilute to taste with still or sparkling water – it truly creates a taste of summer! Our cordial is also great as a hot drink in the Winter. Added to buttercream icing it makes the most wonderful icing to a cake and also adds a beautiful colour! Or why not try drizzling some over ice cream, meringue or pavlova!
