Milled from our homegrown organic grain, our wholegrain spelt flour is a strong flour. Ideal for baking breads or blending with other flour.

Spelt is a primitive grain, dubbed by the Romans as the ‘marching grain.’ It has a deliciously nutty flavour and its gluten is more water-soluble than commercial grains making it easier to digest.

Our paper flour bags are sealed with paper tape – making them 100% recyclable / biodegradable.
