The month of June generally means Elderflowers to us as that is generally the season for picking those lovely flowers to make into our award winning cordial.

We carefully handpick only the best flowers and we only pick on a sunny day as that is when the flowers will bring the most flavour to our cordial. We only pick flowers grown on our organic family farm and once picked they are then left to infuse with the finest organic lemons. We always give the flavours plenty of time to develop. Once bottled we treat our cordial like a fine wine and leave it to mature before it goes on sale!

Our Elderflower cordial is truly a celebration of Summer in a very refreshing and simply delicious drink!

Dilute to taste with still or sparkling water – it truly creates a taste of summer! Our cordial is also great as a cocktail mixer or it can also be used in baking. Added to buttercream icing it makes the most wonderful elderflower icing on a cake.
